How to whitelist email address in Gmail?

To whitelist an email address in Gmail, you can add the email address to your “Contacts” or create a filter for the email address. Here are the steps for each method:

  1. Add the email address to your “Contacts”:
  • Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist
  • Click on the three dots at the top of the email
  • Select “Add to contacts”
  1. Create a filter for the email address:
  • Click on the three lines in the top left corner
  • Click on “settings”
  • Click on the “Filters and blocked addresses” tab
  • Click on “create a new filter”
  • In the “From” field, enter the email address you want to whitelist
  • Click “create filter”
  • Select “Never send it to spam” and click “create filter”

By adding the email address to your Contacts or creating a filter, Gmail will recognize the email address as a safe sender and it will no longer be marked as spam.
