FileZilla error - No program has been associated with this file type

If you are unable to open files in your text editor in FileZilla you can try the following solution:

  1. in top bar under edit press settings.
  2. press associated-file types
  3. backup all text if this solution is not working
  4. Clear all text
  5. press OK
